Function tintColor

tintColor(color: string, amount: number): string
Mixes a color with white, like laying a translucent white layer over it.
Parameters
- color: string
  The color in hex, rgb, or any CSS color value.
- amount: number
  The share of white (0-1).
Returns string
- The tinted color in hex format.
Example
```
tintColor("#000000", 0.5); // "#808080"
```
